The Graphics tab enables you to interact with the rendering core of the engine and launch its embedded configuration and debugging tools.

All the commands of the engine have embedded tools that work at runtime, so that you can tune the application visual aspects.

Render settings

Description

Render Collision Data

Enables the engine to render collision data.

Render Tube Meshes

Enables the engine to render tube meshes.

Render 2D Debug

Draws a border around 2D elements to see their area occupation.

Render 3D Debug

Draws a border around 3D elements to see their area occupation.

Render Lights

Enables debug display of light elements in the loaded scene.

Capture settings

Options

Description

Capture Image

Captures a snapshot image of the rendering form and saves it locally to the AVEVA XR application main folder with a progressive naming convention in selected Image Format.

Capture Special

Captures a snapshot image in Selected format(Excluding TGA) of the rendering area and saves it locally to the AVEVA XR application main folder. Allowed capture width and height are multiples of rendering width and height. The system automatically adapts the provided snapshot width and height to the nearest multiples of the rendering with and height. Use the Plus (+) and Minus (-) button to increase/reduce the snapshot area with the same aspect ratio.

Image Format

Allows you to select the desired Image Format to use for capture.

Capture start/Capture Stop

Starts/stops video (sequence of TGA) capturing. Video capturing is enabled only when the config.xml Scene.capture.enabled parameter is set to True.

Description

Reload Shaders

Reload shaders from shaders.pak or shader folder. Useful for testing and fixing.

Reload Textures

Reloads all textures. Useful for testing and fixing.

Check Dupl Textures

Searches the data content to find duplicate textures.

Check Duplicate Meshes

Searches the data content to find duplicate meshes. Results write to the log file.

Show Render Stats

Enables/disables display of render stats on engine screen.

Heavy Load

Simulates stress test. For testing.

Render Enable

Enables/disables rendering. For testing.

Show/Hide OSD

Enables/disables OSD display.

Clear OSD

Clears the list of fields displayed in the OSD.

USB settings

Emulates the income of data from the USB-hid interface.
