This topic describes features of the Item Explorer panel of XR Instructor.

The Item Explorer panel of XR Instructor has the following features.

Item	Description
List	Restricts the list display to one of three options: All Items—Lists items of both Active and Not Active types. Active Items—Lists only Active type items. Hinted Items—Lists only those items that have been set as hinted.
Filter	Restricts the item list to those items whose name matches the edited text.
Tags	Restricts the item list to those items belonging to one or more tag groups.
Remove All Hints	Clears all items from the list.

Each item in the item table displays a name and value.

Column	Description
Name	Shows the name of the item in bold or the name of the item status indicator.
Value	Displays the current item status indicator value.

You can right-click an item to access the context menu.

Menu item	Description
Go To Item	The camera jumps to the nearby selected object. This options works only when Plant is in free camera mode.
Open Item Control	Opens and focuses on the dedicated item control.
Add to Current Page	Adds the item controller to the current page.This option shows only if Pages is in edit mode.
Add to Hints List	Adds the item to the hints list.
Remove From Hint List	Removes the item from the hints list.
