XR Instructor panels

The XR Instructor interface is made up of different panels. Each panel is designed to manage a different aspect.

You can detach and rearrange the panels to create a custom interface.

You can open additional panels.

Panels can be docked to the interface or kept floating.

You can save and load layouts, which enables you to switch between different saved panel layouts. You may use multiple saved layouts when you have multiple monitors, or when you need to keep an eye on some particular item handler.

The default.lay layout automatically loads at application start up, if present.
XR Instructor panels
Each of the XR Instructor panels is dedicated to a specific functional area.

The Plant panel offers a interactive view of the 3D virtual field. |

The Item Explorer enables you to browse among all active virtual field equipment. |

The Special Item Explorer lists all the commands available to the instructor (such as process override, animations control, environment control). |

The Pages panel enables you to group items and special item controllers into pages. |
|
|
The Status panel displays application simulation status and interface. |
|
|
The Maps panel enables you to navigate through application maps. |
|
|
The Action Logger records a log of activities that happen during a simulation session. |
