On the Post Process panel, you can select and manage a set of post-process effects to be applied to the 3D visualization.

  • Post process effects are processed at the end of the rendering and applied sequentially.

  • The visual result may depend on the order of the post processes in the list.

  • There is a large set of available post-processes.

Managing post-process list

You can add or remove post-processes from the list.

Add a post process

  1. Press Add button.

  2. Assign a reference name to the post process and select its type. The same post-process may be added more than one time.

  3. Click OK.

Remove a post process

  1. Select it from the list.

  2. Click the Delete button.

    Change the post-process list order

    1. Select a post process effect.

    2. Click Up or Down to change the processing order.

Modify a post-process effect at runtime

These procedures relate to modifying a post-process effect at runtime.

      Adjust a visual effect setting

      1. Select the functionality from the top list.

      2. Select the functionality parameter to be modified.

      3. Adjust the parameter value using the specific handler that appears under the parameters list.

      4. Observe directly the effect of the change on the 3D runtime.

        Load or save post-process settings

The engine can load a different post process setup at runtime.

Every application type has one or several default post-process settings that can be edited separately. A post-process developer can edit the simulation when the application is displaying the simulation module.

Load a saved post process settings file

        1. Press Load button.

        2. Select the file to load. When loaded, the post process settings are immediately applied to the 3D runtime

          Save an post process setup

          1. Modify the visual effect parameters to reach the desired result.

          2. Click the Save button.

          3. Overwrite previous settings or create a new file.
