The Language Editor differs from the other editors for two main reasons:
-
There should be only one localization file in an application project (the default one).
-
This editor summarizes in a single interface the content of more than one file.
Localization system
The localization system is based on a localization summary file called lang.xml. It contains the definition of all the supported languages for the project and a set of language localization files, such as lang_en, lang_fr, lang_it and so on. Each one contains the entries of a specific language.

The Language Editor enables you to add/remove application supported languages and
to manage the text entries with their translations.
The editor is presented as a table reporting all the localized items with all their
translations in the supported languages.
How to use localization content in scripts
Localization content can be used in the scripts with the syntax @lang:key@ where key is the localized content. The engine automatically puts the correct localization content according to the selected language.
