Copy and Paste in Nodes Panel

Use the Graphic Context Editor primarily to configure nodes.
A global context can have many nodes with the same configuration repeated for many nodes. Therefore, the editor has a clipboard and a copy and paste system. The clipboard is global with MWPL products, so you can copy the fields from a node in one graphic context and paste onto nodes in another context.
Copy modes
You can customize the copying behavior by selecting a copy mode. There are two copying options.

The destination parameter is overwritten with the content of the corresponding source parameter. |

Copy with name substitution |
The destination parameter is overwritten with the content of the corresponding source parameter. Then if the copied field contains the source node name, this value is replaced with the destination value. This option is useful for copying parameter that contains text formatters to be applied to node parameter. |
Copy a node with its fields

Right-click the node and then select Copy Fields on the context menu.
Pasting node fields
Paste supports both single and multiple node target. Multiple selection can be made easier with grouping.
Use the Paste Fields editor to select which fields to paste from the source node. Each field shows its current value in parenthesis.
Note: Paste can be performed on nodes with different type to the source type, so only those with the same type are effectively overwritten.
Paste node fields into a context

Right-click the target node or nodes, and then select the Paste Fields or Multiple Paste Fields option.
The Paste Fields dialog opens.

Select the fields to paste.

Select Normal Copy from the Mode menu.

Press OK to confirm.
