Custom Resolution settings

Custom resolution settings are the settings in the Graphic Context Editor that relate to custom resolutions.
Important note
These preferences are global and bound to the Graphic Context Editor itself. This means the parameter settings are shared among all the graphic contexts of a project and among all the projects. Be aware that if a Graphic Context inside a project was saved with a custom resolution that is not present in these settings, it will be opened with the default Adaptive Full HD resolution instead of the saved one.
For example, graphic_context.xml is saved with a custom resolution named myCustomRes.
-
If XR Studio Custom Resolutions Settings includes a definition for myCustomRes, the graphic_context.xml will be opened by the Graphic Context Editor at the resolution defined by myCustomRes.
-
If XR Studio Custom Resolutions Settings do not include a definition for myCustomRes, the graphic_context.xml will be opened by the Graphic Context Editor at the default resolution (Adaptive in FullHD).

Default resolutions
Even without any custom resolution defined, XR Studio provides some default resolutions for screen, iOS, and Android devices. See View Options for more details on how to use both default and custom resolutions.
