This is a brief explanation of the scoring methodology supported by the Scenario module.
Types of scores
There are four contributors to the score.

Task score |
This score measures the accuracy of completed tasks. The more tasks that are completed correctly, the higher the score. In some cases, there can also be some kind of score graduation to evaluate accuracy. |

Time score |
This score measures the amount of time to complete tasks. The faster the activity is completed, the higher the score. |

TPM score |
This score is used to include a score that is calculated by an external system, such as the process simulator. |

Error score |
This score measures number of errors. Each wrong action decreases the global score. |
Global score
The global score is calculated as a weighted sum of the four contributors. The error score weight is negative.
The weight values may differ from activity to activity to better focus on the most relevant aspects.
