The General tab reports the simulation status and enables you to manage the simulation state. Each simulation has a dedicated configuration inside the Bridging Configuration file. Also, this tab gives access to list of the channels with their properties and some commands for debugging purposes. Use the list to select a channel from those in the currently loaded simulation.
Tab Elements
The General tab has these elements.

Active Simulation |
Displays the currently selected simulation. File sample: bridge.xml allows multiple simulation definitions. |

Load |
Enables you to start up a simulation. |

Shutdown/Stop |
Stops currently active simulation. |

Run |
Runs a loaded configuration. |

Freeze/Pause |
Pauses a loaded and running configuration. |
|
Connection State |
Displays the connection state of the XR Bridge inside the 3DRT application simulation network. |

Simulation State |
Displays the global simulation state. |
Channels area

Connection State |
The connection state of the bridge on the specific channel. |

Channel Info |
The content change from channel to channel. Usually displays the type of the connection, such as client or slave, master or not. |

Connect |
Tries to establish a connection on the channel. |
|
Disconnect |
Tries to disconnect from the channel. |
Simulation area

Pauses the simulation on the selected channel. |
Initial Condition area

Load IC |
Use this to specify an Initial Condition to load. Used in DYNSIM channel only with the syntax: aic.ICNUM ex: aic.8086 |
