Add existing Items to Groups

An AVEVA Mobile Operator User can add an Existing Item to a Private Group through the Navigation Panel Editor.

Note: Newly added Existing Items are applicable only for the AVEVA Mobile Operator user adding them. These changes will not affect the Management Center configuration that other users have set.

  1. Select the icon from the Navigation Panel tool bar to open the Navigation Panel Editor.

  2. In the Navigation Panel Editor, click a Private Group from the list in the Navigation Pane and add an existing Item by clicking the Embedded Image (65% Scaling) (LIVE) icon.

    The Item Selection Dialog appears, displaying the "Public" items available to add to this group.

  3. Select single or multiple items from the available items (see Select multiple list items), and then click OK.

  4. Optionally, edit the Label for the item (up to 100 characters). The Label will appear in the Navigation Pane of the Navigation Panel Editor.

  5. Optionally, edit the Tool-Tip for this Item (up to 200 characters). The Tool Tip will appear when you move the mouse pointer over the item in the list.

  6. Optionally, select a different Icon to represent the item in the Navigation Panel.

  7. Click OK to save the changes before closing the Navigation Panel Editor, or click Apply to commit the changes before continuing to add new Items or existing Items to this group. (See also Save changes.)
