A Procedure is marked "Locked" while it is open for edit. This status is visible to users of any instance of Procedure Builder, and is intended to prevent two users from editing the same Procedure at the same time.
Caution: The "override lock" command is intended for use only when a Procedure indicates a "locked" status while not currently open for edit. If used improperly, changes to a Procedure may not be saved. Good communication between those with access to edit Procedures is necessary to avoid problems arising from inappropriate use of this command.
If a Procedure is in "Locked" status incorrectly, right-click the Procedure’s entry in Procedure Locator and select "Override Lock."
