Advanced Filter "Users" tab

The "Users" tab filters based on User or User Group interaction with Procedures. Advanced Filter option will now display users across all the Plants. In addition, the Users window will display Search text box, where, you can enter the search criteria and it will display the first 200 user names that match the search criteria.

To apply criteria specified on this tab, follow the instructions below.

1. Check the checkbox next to the tab label.

2. Select a criterion from the provided drop-down box. The following options are available.

   Checked Out By: Includes Procedures that have been checked out by the User, or member of the User Group, to be specified.

   Last Modified By: Includes Procedures whose latest edit was performed by the User, or member of the User Group, to be specified.

   Released By: Includes Procedures that were marked Released (see Release Procedures) by the User, or member of the User Group, to be specified. This option is not available if the filter has been limited to Procedures marked "Under Construction."

   Locked For Edit By: Includes Procedures that were marked Locked (see Locked Procedures) by the User, or member of the User Group, to be specified.

3. Click the radio button "By User" if you wish to include only a particular User, or "By Group" if you wish to include only a User Group.

4. Click the ellipsis () button to open either the "Groups" or "Users" selection box, as appropriate.

5. Select the desired User Group, or User, from the selection box.

A completed, single-user filter will resemble the following example:

You may enter more User and/or User Group filters at this time by repeating steps 2 through 5 above, click the "X" () button next to any configured filter to remove it, or click the "Reset Filters" button to clear this tab of any configured filters.

Note: Additional entries on the "User" tab are treated on an "OR" basis. For example, if you have two filters:
- "Last Modified By" User "Alex Lifeson"
- "Last Modified By" User "Neil Peart",
All Procedures last modified by either of these users will appear in Procedure Locator.
