Add Status Groups

To begin adding Statuses, select List Manager → Edit → Statuses. The Statuses window will appear.
First, a Status Group must be added at the root, after which additional Status Groups can be added at the root level or as children.

Right-click in the Status List window and select "Add Status List to Root."

The root level "New Status List" item appears. Click its icon to select it and display the Status List Details.

Title: This required field, which is limited to 50 characters and must be unique in its Group (e.g. among its siblings), represents the Status Group in Procedure Builder and elsewhere in AVEVA Mobile Operator. Type an appropriate Title in the provided space; for example, for a Status List containing the Statuses "On" and "Off," the Title "On/Off" is the most appropriate choice.
The following read-only fields also appear on this page for the user’s reference.

Created By: The first, last, and username of the user who created this item.

Created On: The date and time that this item was first saved to the database.

Updated By: The first, last, and username of the user who last saved this item to the database.

Updated On: The date and time that this item was last saved to the database.

Created From External System: Indicates the mechanism responsible for the creation of this item, and will read "Procedure Builder" unless imported by an external system.

After assigning a Title to this Status Group, you can continue either to add additional Groups by using the "Add Status List" option, or add Responses themselves. When finished, select "Save" from the File menu, or hit CTRL+S on your keyboard, to save the changes.
