Print – All Crews

Note: This print view outputs a calendar view with each day split into the defined Shifts. Note that if several shifts are printed, this output may be forced to truncate information.

This option is used to print the shift rotation by month, showing all active Crews. When executed, the following screen will appear.

This window allows the user to specify the parameters of the report. The following interactive elements are available:

• Shift Group: Use this dropdown to select the Shift Group to print. See Shift Setup for detailed information on the purpose and usage of Shift Groups.

• Crews / Shifts Sections: Use the checkboxes next to the listed Crews and Shifts to include them in the report. By default, all Crews and Shifts will be included in the report (as above). Unchecked Crews / Shifts will not appear in the report.

  • Select All: Use this button to check all Crews or Shifts for inclusion in the report.

  • Clear Selection: Use this button to clear all checkboxes in Crews or Shifts, excluding them from the report.

• Date Range Section: Use the provided drop-down boxes to select the Starting and Ending month and year for the report. The years provided will range from a decade in the past to a decade in the future.

• Help: Opens the Help file to the section on Crew Reports.

• OK: Accepts the specified settings and generates the report in a "Print Preview" screen.

• Cancel: Cancels the Print operation, returning to Crew Setup.

  Notes: The Ending Date must be set equal to, or later than, the Starting Date. If the range selected includes 18 months or more, a confirmation dialog will display to ensure that the user truly wishes to create that much output.

The output generated will be printed one month per page, and will resemble the following example for November.
