Note

Notes are Action items that request Note input from the User. When triggered, the User will be given the opportunity to type a note manually, or to select from the List of Default Notes.

To create a Note action, drag the "Note" icon from the toolbox to the desired Condition.

The "New Note" item is selected, and the "Note" section beneath opens to the "General" tab.
