Add Default Notes

To add a Default Note to a Default Note Group, right-click the group’s icon and select "Add New Default Note."

The "New Default Note Item" appears. Click its icon to display its details.

Title: The title of the Default Note as it will appear in AVEVA Mobile Operator app. Type an appropriate Title in the provided space.

Note: The text that will populate the Note field when the mobile application user selects this Default Note in AVEVA Mobile Operator app.
The following read-only fields also appear on this page for the user’s reference.

Created By: The first, last, and username of the user who created this item.

Created On: The date and time that this item was first saved to the database.

Updated By: The first, last, and username of the user who last saved this item to the database.

Updated On: The date and time that this item was last saved to the database.

Created From External System: Indicates the mechanism responsible for the creation of this item, and will read "Procedure Builder" unless imported by an external system.

Continue to add Default Note Groups and Default Notes as described above to create the hierarchy and organization you wish. When finished, select "Save" from the File menu, or hit CTRL+S on your keyboard, to save the changes.
