Auditor Plus menu options

The following menu options are available in Auditor Plus to users with appropriate access. For more information on the Permissions required to access the various options within Auditor Plus, refer to Auditor Plus Permissions.
File

Get Data: Retrieves data from the server. Performs the same function as the “Get Data” button.

New Virtual Log: Creates a new Virtual Log Entry. For more information, refer to Add and edit Virtual Log entries.

Export: Exports the current report to Excel .XLS format. For details, please see Export Report results.

The "Export" option will not be available unless either Microsoft Office Excel, or the Excel Viewer, is installed.

Save Configurations: Saves the current configurations in Auditor for the user, including column sorting and grouping, and report filters.

Save As Global Defaults: Saves the same settings as “Save Configurations,” but for the global settings.

Exit: Exits Auditor Plus.

Record Detail: Opens a new window displaying the detailed information of the selected list Item (if available).
Tools

Options: Displays a window enabling configuration of how results are displayed. See Configure display appearance for more information.

Reset to Defaults: Resets all user-configurable settings to the user defaults (last saved values).

Reset to Factory Defaults: Resets all user-configurable settings to the factory defaults.

Configure Reports: Launches Report configuration, allowing a user with appropriate permissions to configure the report types provided by Auditor Plus. See Configure report types for more information.

About: Displays version information of Auditor Plus.

Auditor Plus Help: Opens the Help file for Auditor Plus.
