Select any Data Filters (formerly "Criticalities") to tally in the Report’s output, if applicable, in the same manner as Base(s) and Shift(s). Data Filters interact with Severities to update a count (see the Severity section below for more information).
Unlike Base and Shift selection, Data Filter selection does not affect whether or not a result is returned. The only effect Data Filter selection has is in the "Data Filter Count" column, which represents a tally of the checked Data Filters.
For example, if the Data filters "Warning" and "Critical" are checked, then the "Data Filter Count" column will represent the number of times "Warning," plus the number of times "Critical," were encountered for the result.
Note: Data Filter selection is not available when Virtual Log, Notes, or any of the "Administrative" reports is selected as the Report Type.
