Data Filter Report

The Data Filter report searches the database for occurrences of the specified Data Filter(s). If more than one Data Filter is checked, the results will be grouped by Data Filter.

The Data Filter Report returns the following data point items for the selected Plant:

• Data Filter Desc – The Data Filter that triggered an action on the task.

• Base – The name of the Base, as defined in the Administration application, to which the Procedure was associated.

• Procedure – The name assigned to the listed Procedure by its creator.

• Transmitted – Date when the procedure was transfered.

• DateTime – Date and Time when any user last acted on the procedure.

• Task Group – The Task Group ID to which the procedure belongs.

• Asset – The name of the Asset involved with the Data Filter, as assigned in the Asset Manager or as per import.

• Task – The title of the Task to which the Data Filter applies.

• Task Value – The value of the task.

• Condition – The title of the condition that was triggered.

• User – The login name of the last user who acted on the procedure.

The user can expand the groups, bases, procedures, and rounds to see more details from the data filters. The user can also enable Display Parameters to show all the parameters used to generate the report.
