Navigation View

Use Navigation View to view the hierarchy of task groups and tasks in the procedure. A limited set of icons are used to indicate the status, and by default, the task groups are collapsed.
To access Navigation View

On the Bottom bar, tap the Navigation View button.
The Navigation View screen appears.
To expand the task group

Tap the Expand button.
The task group expands showing all the tasks.
To collapse the task group

On the expanded task group, tap on the Collapse button.
The task group collapses hiding all the tasks.
To access a task group

Tap to select a task group.
The task group is opened. The child nodes on Task Groups display an aggregate status indication based on the tasks answered.
To access a task

Tap to select a task.
The task is opened.
To access a background task

Tap to select a background task.
The background task is opened in the Single-Task View screen.
Note:
- When a background task is opened, if you navigate away from the background task
and further try to return to it, then the background task does not appear. Instead
the task before or after the background task appears.
- You can access a background task only from the Navigation View screen.
To access the previous node

On the Action bar, tap the Back button.
The previous node appears.
To access Virtual Logs

On the Action bar, tap the Overflow button, and then tap Virtual Logs.
The Virtual Logs screen appears.
To access the node associated to an asset

On the Action bar, tap the Overflow button, and then tap Search Asset.
The Search Asset screen appears.

Tap to select an asset.
The first node associated with the asset appears.
To search an Asset using a Peripheral Device

On the Action bar, tap the Overflow button, and then tap Search Asset.
The Search Asset screen appears.

Press the trigger button on the peripheral device.
The RFID of the asset is read by the peripheral device, and the first node associated with the asset appears.
Note:
- The trigger to read from the peripheral device may vary based on the peripheral
device. However, the process remains the same. If you need help, refer to the User
Manual of the peripheral device.
- The Honeywell Dolphin CT60 device can also be used as a hard trigger for scanning
barcode or QR code.
To search an asset using the Camera as Soft Trigger

On the Action bar, tap the Scan Asset icon.
The viewfinder screen appears.
Note: If multiple soft trigger are configured for the node, tap the peripheral to scan the asset.

Focus the barcode or QR code in the frame and wait till it is automatically scanned.
The Results screen appears with matching assets without the hierarchy.
Note: Tap the Flash icon to turn the Mobile Device Flash on or off. By default, the Mobile Device Flash is turned off.
To complete a procedure

On the Action bar, tap the Complete button.
A confirmation message appears.

Tap Yes.
The procedure is marked complete, and the Dashboard screen appears.
Note: You cannot complete a procedure if the required tasks, task groups, or actions are not answered.
