"Procedure Status Monthly" Report

The Procedure Status Monthly report displays Procedures grouped by month and Status. It is almost certain that a given row will represent more than one Procedure Instance.
The lower half of Procedure Auditor Plus can display the following information on each hit it finds.
Note: The following represents a complete list of columns and data available for this type of report, and some listed items may not appear by default. See Configure display appearance for information regarding enabling or disabling column display.

Approved – The number of Procedure Instances in the group that have been marked "Approved."

Complete – The number of Procedure Instances in the group that have been marked "Complete."

Completed As Scheduled – The number of Procedure Instances in the group that were completed during the time allotted.

Completed Outside Scheduled – The number of Procedure Instances in the group that were completed outside of the "Expected End" time.

Completed Tasks – The total number of completed Tasks in the group.

Data Filter Count – The total number of Data Filters triggered by Tasks within the group.

In Progress – The number of Procedure Instances in the group that are marked "In Progress."

Missed – The number of Procedure Instances in the group that were missed.

Missed Tasks – The number of Tasks in the group that were missed. This value does not include Disabled Tasks.

Month – The month in which each of the Procedure Instances in the group was completed. 1 = January, 2 = February, and so forth.

Not Approved – The number of Procedure Instances in the group that have not been marked "Approved."

On Demand – The number of Procedure Instances in the group that have been downloaded "On Demand" by the mobile application user.

Percent Approved – The percentage of Procedure Instances in the group that are marked "Approved."

Percent Complete – The percentage of Procedure Instances in the group that have been marked "Complete."

Scheduled – The number of Procedure Instances in the group that were scheduled (as opposed to being downloaded "On Demand").

Scheduled Tasks – The total number of Tasks scheduled, including Disabled Tasks, in the group. Procedures marked "On Demand" (PODs) will display 0 for this value unless scheduled.

Status – The Status of the listed Procedure. Valid entries include ACTIVE, SUSPENDED, OVERDUE, MISSED, COMPLETE, and LATE.

Total Procedures – The total number of Procedure Instances in the group.

Total Tasks – The total number of Tasks contained within the group.

Year – The year for which each of the Procedure Instances in the group was scheduled.
