The column at the left of the Schedule Manager lists by name, in alphabetic order, the currently released Procedures available for scheduling in the currently selected Base.

The vertical border separating the Procedure List and Range Selector from the Calendar can be adjusted in order to change the width of the column separator they share. This works in the same fashion as adjusting the Navigation or Properties panes, and is maintained likewise between sessions. Refer to Workspace for details.
Note: The Procedure list is not affected by the Role filter, Roles are applied to scheduling, not to the Procedure itself.
Place the mouse pointer over a listed Procedure to reveal a tool-tip (shown below). Left-clicking on the Procedure will also display the same information in the Properties panel at the right side of the Management Center.

The tool-tip and Properties panel both display the following information for the selected Procedure.
-
Name: The name of the Procedure.
-
Description: The description of the Procedure, if one exists. If no description was given the Procedure, this line will be missing from the tool-tip, and blank in the Procedure Details output.
-
Estimated Time: The number of hours estimated for Procedure completion.
-
Number of Tasks: The total number of possible tasks in the Procedure.
These settings are defined during Procedure creation in the Procedure Builder (see Procedure Builder for more information).
When you select a Procedure and right-click on it, the Procedure List will display the following context menu.
-
Schedule New Occurrence: Displays the "Create New Schedule" dialog, enabling the user to specify scheduling options for the selected Procedure. For more information, refer to Understand scheduling Procedures for information about scheduling procedures.
-
View Procedure Details: When executed, this function displays details about the Procedure Instance or Series’ schedule and statistics.
-
Print New Procedure: Prints the Procedure, formatted for manual data entry. See Print Procedures for more information regarding this feature.
-
SSRS Printable Rounds Report: Opens the selected Procedure in the SSRS web browser.
