Details - Procedure level

The Details section provides the following information when the Procedure Node is selected in the Procedure Tree.

  • Base: The Base to which the Procedure was assigned upon creation.

  • User: The name of the user (Lastname, Firstname, Login ID) who last closed the Procedure.

  • Partial Transfer: If checked here (as opposed to the config section), this Procedure was partially transferred.

  • Device: The name of the mobile application used to open and work the Procedure.

  • Started: The time the Procedure was opened on the mobile application.

  • Complete: The time the Procedure was marked Complete on the mobile application.

  • Transmitted: The time the Procedure transferred from the mobile application to the Sync Server.

    Note: On the following three controls, the presence of a pencil icon () indicates that the control contains information. Each is expanded by clicking the right-facing chevron () to reveal the information contained within.

  • Approval: If this Procedure has been marked Approved, this control may be expanded to display the following information:

    • Approval Date: The date and time this Procedure Instance was last marked "Approved" in Auditor Plus.

    • Approved By: The last, first, and login name of the User who last marked this Procedure Instance as "Approved."

  • Metrics: Expand this control to display the number of Total, and Answered, Nodes that were in the "Active and Expected," "Active," and "Inactive" states when this Procedure Instance was closed.

  • Signature: Expand this control to display the handwritten signature, if any, entered in order to close this Procedure Instance.
