If there is a conflict in the Users, consider the following points:
-
The Login Id should be unique within the database.
The Site Merge utility will identify the users that have same Login Id in both source and the destination database. You must resolve the Login Id conflict by performing one of the following steps:
-
Provide a new Login Id for source database users.
-
Select the destination Login Id. On selecting this option, the user must provide the destination password while accessing the AVEVA Mobile Operator applications.
-
-
Based on the selection, the Users.csv file is generated after the merge. In the Users.csv file:
-
If a Login Id exists in the 'New Login Id' column, then you must notify the users that the Login Id has changed because of the merge.
-
If the 'New Login Id' column is blank, it indicates that the login Id remains the same, but the user needs to provide the password defined in the destination database.
