Advanced Filter "Procedures" tab

The "Procedures" tab filters based on the attributes a Procedure possesses. To apply criteria specified on this tab, first check the checkbox next to the tab label.

Then, check any combination of the filters, described in detail below.

  • Deleted Status: By default, Procedure Locator will not display Procedures marked as "Deleted." Check this item and select "Include Deleted" to include Procedures marked as Deleted, or select "Only Deleted" to list only Procedures marked "Deleted."

  • Procedure Status: Procedure Locator will ordinarily display Procedures regardless of activation status by. Select "Activated" to include only Procedures marked "Activated," or select "Deactivated" to include only Procedures marked "Deactivated."

  • On Demand Status: By default, Procedure Locator will display Procedures regardless of whether or not they are marked "On Demand." Select "On Demand" to display only Procedures marked "On Demand," or select "Standard" to exclude Procedures marked "On Demand."

  • Title Contains: Enable this filter to include only Procedures whose Title contains the specified substring.

  • Description Contains: Enable this filter to include only Procedures whose Description contains the specified substring.

    Note: The "Title Contains" and "Description Contains" text search functions will treat the entire text entry line as a substring for which to search. For example, searching for hand will return Procedures containing the word hand as well as Procedures containing the word handle - likewise, searching for ue ro will return Procedures containing the phrase blue room.

  • Asset: Allows filtering Procedures based on whether or not they reference a specific Asset. To use this filter:

  1. Check the box next to the word "Asset."

  2. Click the ellipsis () button to open the Asset browser.

  3. Use the Asset browser to select the desired Asset:

    1. The "Tree" tab allows the user to browse Assets displayed in a Parent / Child hierarchy.

    2. The "Search" tab allows the user to search for the asset by its Title.

    3. Once an Asset is selected, you may click the downward-facing chevron () to display the selected Asset’s details as they would appear in the Asset List Manager.

  4. Optionally, check Include Child Locations and Equipment to include all child items of the selected Asset, including children of children, and so forth.

  • Asset Types: Allows filtering Procedures based on whether or not they reference a specific Asset Type. To use this filter:

    1. Check the box next to the word "Asset Types."

    2. Click the ellipsis () button to open the Asset Type browser.

    3. Use the Asset Type browser to select the desired Asset Type from the tree.

      1. Once an Asset Type is selected, you may click the downward-facing chevron () to display the selected Asset’s details as they would appear in the Asset Type List Manager.

      2. Optionally, select the Include Child Asset Types checkbox to include all the child asset types of the selected Asset Type.

    • Procedures With Invalid Shared Data Points: Limits the search to Procedures that have at least one invalid Shared Data Point configuration:

    • Procedures With Deleted Support Objects: Limits the search to Procedures that reference Support Objects (Assets, Status Lists, etc.) that do not exist.

    A very specific, completed Procedure filter might resemble the following example:
