View the Error Log

The Error Log section will display entries that have been written to the "ISMGT_ERROR" table within the database, which stores errors regarding the Historian Integrations. Integrations covered with this error log are:

  • PI Systems

  • Honeywell PHD

  • Aspen IP21

The "Error Log Details" window displays the following:

  • Error Time – Time the error was recorded

  • Application – Process that reported the error

  • Error Details – Actual Error message

  1. From the System Status "Area" window, click "Error Log" to select that function. The Error Log will open displaying the Data Filter and Error Log in the "Details" section.

  2. Set the Start Time and End Time and select the "Apply" button.

  3. Click the icon or choose View→Refresh to query the data base for additional errors.

    Tip: You can sort grid data by clicking the column headers.
