List Manager

The List Manager aids in the creation of List data, which includes the following:

• Asset Types: see Asset Types

• Attached Documents: see Attached Documents

• Procedure Categories: see Procedure Categories

• Data Filters (Criticalities): see Data Filters

• Default Notes: see Default Notes

• Response Lists: see Response Lists

• The Roles list is read-only, and exists only to enable drag-and-drop of Roles to Procedures On Demand.

• Trends: see Trends

• Units of Measure: see Units of Measure

To access the List Manager in view mode, select "View" from the List Manager menu, and choose the type of List to view. Refer to the editing guidelines below for descriptions of the lists, their configuration, and their elements’ attributes.

To access the List Manager in edit mode, select "Edit" from the List Manager menu, and choose the type of List to edit. Refer to the appropriate section below for information regarding creation and editing of Lists, and configuration of their elements.

Note: Lists with entries bearing a yellow background are open in Edit mode; lists with entries bearing a grey background are open in Read-Only mode.
