To group columns by data type, "drag and drop" the column heading representing that type of data to the Group Box – the area labeled "Drag a field here to group by that field."
-
Position the mouse cursor over the desired column.

-
Click and hold the left mouse button, and move the mouse pointer to the Group Box, which is labeled "Drag a field here to group by that field."

-
Releasing the left mouse button will Group the Report output by the chosen column header.
The display will then change drastically, as shown below.

The output is now grouped by Base names, with each row indicating a separate Base.
The list can be "un-grouped" by simply dragging a column heading out of the Group Box and back into the list of output.
Click on the plus (+) sign next to a Group’s label – in this case, a Base’s label – to expand that Group.

Displayed here are the details for every Procedure that matches the Base displayed in the row heading at the top of the list.
This output is essentially the same as a non-grouped output, except that it can be expanded and collapsed.
More column headings can be dragged to the Group Box to create subgroups. Illustrated below is the result of adding the "In Progress" column to the Group Box of the example above.

Note: Grouped headings enable ascending and descending sorting (see above), and will apply to all groups displayed.
