Response List

If there is a conflict in the Response List table, then you can use the Export and Import button provided in the Utility to resolve the conflict. You can export the conflicts, resolve it, and then import back the CSV file with resolutions.

Following are the steps to resolve the conflict:

  1. Select Export button to export the Response List and Item conflicts to a CSV file.

  2. Manually resolve the conflicts in the CSV file either by selecting one of the following resolutions: 'Rename source' or 'Use target'.

  3. After resolving the conflicts, select Import to import the resolved Response List and Items from the CSV file.

  4. Select Next to proceed with the merge.
