Configure Sync Server SAT.Synchronization.Service.exe.config

In order to log transfer details to the database so that they appear in the Transfer Log Entry Details screen the SAT.Synchronization.Service.exe.config document on the Sync Server must be updated to enable this logging.
Caution: Setting the Synchronization Server (SAT.Synchronization.Service.exe.config) to log transfer details should only be used for troubleshooting purposes and should not be used during general use. Make sure that you change your configuration back after the completion of troubleshooting.

Open the "SAT.Synchronization.Service.exe.config" document, located in the directory to which the Synchronization Server was installed (by default: "C:\Program Files\AVEVA\Mobile Operator\Server").

Search the SAT.Synchronization.Service.exe.config for the following entry: "LogTransactionDetails" and change the value to "True".
Caution: Be careful only to edit the "LogTransactionDetails" as displayed above. Deleting or modifying other components of the SAT.Synchronization.Service.exe.config can have undesirable results.
