Import Asset type parents

AVEVA Mobile Operator can import Asset type parents via CSV files. This function uses columns K and onward, which are optional, to specify parents of the asset type in column J.

The unique identifier for an external system of record. Valid only if imported via an application other than Procedure Builder. |

Specifies the classification of the Asset. Enter a 0 to indicate Location, or 1 to indicate Equipment. |

Specifies the classification of the Asset’s Parent. Enter a 0 to indicate Location, or 1 to indicate Equipment. |

Enter “true” to indicate that Work Order Requests (s) are allowed on the Asset, or “false” to indicate that they are not. |

This association continues until there is a blank column in this order, which indicates the root level. For example, here is a line from a CSV file (columns M and beyond are blank):
