Top Level Errors:

Upon attempted execution of a script operation, the database scripts utility may return one of two errors. These errors appear before script execution since the problems causing them will prevent script operation.

  • The first error message identifies a problem within the database due to multiple copies of one of the tables used by AVEVA Mobile Operator. This type of error, e.g. "Please contact administrator. The DB cannot be updated due to schema problems (multiple copies of ISMGT_TRANSMITTED_PROFILE found)." indicates a serious problem with the AVEVA Mobile Operator database. If it appears, contact AVEVA support for assistance.

  • The second error occurs if the user account specified in the Connection String is not the owner of the database tables that the script utility needs to modify. This error begins with "The current schema that software is using is invalid for this user."

If this error occurs, the Database Scripts utility will create a script file for the user to run manually on the AVEVA Mobile Operator database. This script file simply reassigns ownership of the necessary tables to the user account specified in the Connection String. Click OK, and a directory browser will appear, allowing the user to define the location to which the Database Scripts utility should save the script. Navigate to the desired directory, and click Save to save the script. After running this script on the AVEVA Mobile Operator database, the Database Scripts utility will be able to proceed.
