Active Tasks are those that are disabled by the selection of Status on their parent Task Group and are not expected to be completed by the Field Worker, although at any time the Field Worker may decide to answer the task manually.

When an "Active" Task is answered by the Field Worker the Task is marked as "Answered" for metrics purposes.
