Display aggregate data for numerical columns

You can configure Auditor Plus to display aggregate information on each of the numerical datums presented by a report. The following data are available:

• Sum: The sum of all records.

• Avg: The average of all records.

• Min: The minimum number among all records.

• Max: The maximum number among all records

• Count: The number of records for which this datum was entered.

To select data for display

1. To select which data you wish to display, click the sigma (Σ) button to the right of a column’s heading. A menu appears, allowing you to select from the list of aggregate data mentioned earlier.

   

2. Select the items you wish to display by checking the corresponding boxes. To hide an item, clear the appropriate box. You may click the X button to cancel modifications.

   Once you have selected the desired items, click the check mark. The requested data appear at the bottom of the column.
