Version 3​.2 example

• Procedure has 100 actual Tasks divided between 2 pieces of equipment

• User answers 45 tasks for the one piece of equipment who’s status was "Online", the other 50 tasks are disabled by status selection of "Offline"

• When the Supervisor runs a report on this procedure he is shown the following:

  • Total Tasks = 100

  • Answered Tasks = 95 (45 actually answered + 50 disabled by status)

  • Percent Complete = 95% (95 100)

In Version 4.0 and the introduction of multiple decision trees and conditional tasks there is a need to provide more meaningful metrics as well as to provide metrics which will align with the methods used in Version 3.2. This has been done so as to provide management with complimentary metrics going forward.
