Advanced Filter "Dates" tab

The "Dates" tab filters based on the date(s) upon which a selected modification was made to a Procedure. To apply criteria specified on this tab, follow the instructions below.

1. Check the checkbox next to the tab label.

2. Select the "Data Field," which specifies the type of modification for which you wish to search. The following options are available.

   • Checked Out: Filters based on the time(s) a Procedure was marked Checked Out.

   • Last Modified: Filters based on the latest modification to a Procedure.

   • Released: Filters based on the date(s) a Procedure was marked Released. This option is not available if the filter has been limited to Procedures marked "Under Construction."

   • Locked: Filters based on the date(s) a Procedure was marked "Locked."

3. Click the radio button representing the desired predefined date range, or choose "Specific Date Range" to enter your own date range into the provided "Start Date" and "End Date" text fields.

A completed Date filter will resemble the following example:

You may click "Reset Filters" to restore the default settings to this tab.
