"User/Group" Report

This report lists all Users, and the Group(s) to which each belongs. Each row in this report corresponds to a User and a Group; for example, if a User is associated with three Roles, the User will be listed three times in this report.

The lower half of Procedure Auditor Plus can display the following information on each hit it finds.

Note: The following represents a complete list of columns and data available for this type of report, and some listed items may not appear by default. See Configure display appearance for information regarding enabling or disabling column display.

• Group Name – A group to which the listed User is assigned.

• Login ID – The login (as specified in Administration) of the listed User.

• User Name – The first and last name (as specified in Administration) of the listed User.
