The Default Notes List is a collection of pre-configured text entries made available to mobile application users when they need or wish to enter notes for a Task or Task Group, or make an entry in the Virtual Log. This saves time and effort in the field, where a mobile application user would otherwise have to enter the entire note manually.
For example, with the note "__ quarts of oil added" the mobile application user would simply select this note and enter a number, rather than having to type the entire sentence on the mobile application’s keyboard.
