Duplicate SOR error in the Response List Items screen

Response List Items reside inside a response list. They are automatically resolved when you resolve conflicts among the Response List. However, when the source and target parent response lists do not have same SOR (For example, the same Application ID and Application Item ID values), but their items have the same SOR, you see the error in the Response List Items screen. When this happens, follow the steps in the System of Record section to fix the error.
