Provides a list of Tasks or Task Group items that contain duplicate sequence number.
When you drag-and-drop or cut-and-paste a Task or Task Group items across the groups, the items might not appear in a correct order in the mobile application when you release the Procedure. This is because the items added in the group using the cut-and-paste or drag-and-drop method will contain a duplicate sequence number in the database. In such a scenario, you may have to manually fix the sequence number of the Task or Task Group items.
Resolution:
To manually fix the Task or Task Group items having duplicate sequence number, perform the following steps:
-
Open the Procedure from the Procedure Builder.
-
Drag and drop the Task or the Task Group item to the last position within the same Group or hierarchy.
-
Select the Task or Task Group item and drag-and-drop it to the required position in the Procedure.
-
Save and release the Procedure.
The duplication of the sequence number is fixed, and the item contains a unique sequence number.
