Notes

Use Notes to add additional information for task groups or tasks in procedures. If the task group or task is associated with an asset, then the notes for the same will also be associated with that asset. Note entries may be required based on the action configuration for tasks.

You can add more than one note only if the Multiple Notes Enabled is configured in the System Setting module of the AVEVA Mobile Operator web application.

Carry Over Notes

Carry over note is the latest note made by the previous user, which is made available to the next user when accessing the same task group or task in the procedure. It helps the current user to save the carry over note with or without modification.

The carry over note card appears first in the list of note cards. It is also highlighted with a carry over note icon to visually separate itself from the other note cards added by the current user. Once a carry over note is modified, the carry over note card appears as a normal note card.

Carry over note is available only if the Carry Over Notes is configured in the System Setting module of the AVEVA Mobile Operator web application.
