Resizing

Resizing is a standard operation across all integrated applets within the Management Center. It affects columns, windows, panes, and often rows, the same as it does the Navigation and Properties panels. Additionally, windows, panes, and panels can often be resized both horizontally and vertically.

Resizing a column, window, pane, or panel takes three steps.

  1. Position the mouse cursor over the border to resize.

    The mouse cursor will change into a bar intersected by a double-headed arrow, which indicates the directions in which adjustments can be made.

  2. Drag the border to the desired location. A line will appear, indicating the border’s new location.

  3. Release the mouse button. The border of the column, window, pane, or panel will shift to the location of the grey line.

Windows, including base selection or other pop-up windows, can also be resized. Any window whose bottom right corner looks like either of the below examples:

can be resized in precisely the same manner as described above:
