The Workload Graphs Panel, hidden by default, displays information regarding the Procedure Instances within the date range selected in the Range Selector.

To display the Workload Graphs Panel, click the "Graphs" tab below the Range Selector, in the lower left corner of the Management Center.

When the Workload Graphs Panel opens, it will default to the Status screen, an example of which is shown below.

The Status tab displays the status of the various Procedure Instances falling within the selected range.

  • Tool-tips (see "Hover" and "Tool-tip") provided for the bars on this graph display the number of Procedures represented by each bar.

The Tasks tab will display output similar to the following.

This screen shows the number of tasks assigned to each shift on each day of the date range selected. When more days are selected in the Schedule Manager Calendar than can be displayed in this space, a horizontal scroll bar will enable display of each graph.

  • Each column is the same color as chosen (during Shift creation) for the Shift it represents. See Shift Setup for more information on creating and configuring Shifts.

  • Tool-tips (see "Hover" and "Tool-tip") provided for the bars on this graph display the number of Tasks represented by each bar.

The Time tab will display output similar to the following.

This screen displays the total time estimated – and total time actually taken – to complete the Procedures in the selected Range. (The "Estimated" time is specified during creation of the Procedure.

  • Columns representing the estimated time for completion are blue, while columns representing the actual time taken to complete the Procedures are green.
