Note: For better user-experience, we recommend that you use AVEVA Mobile Operator app on latest versions of Android (OS version 11, 12, 13, or 14) and iOS (OS version 15, 16 or 17). The performance of the AVEVA Mobile Operator app may vary depending upon the hardware configurations.

In Samsung devices, the Comma (,) appears disabled in the numeric keyboard. Therefore, if you are using the AVEVA Mobile Operator app on the Samsung devices, we recommend you use Google Keyboard (Gboard) to take the readings.
