Procedure context menu

Right-click a Procedure Instance in a Cell to display a context menu containing options pertaining to the Procedure Instance or Series.

View Schedule: Opens the Occurrence dialog for the selected Procedure Schedule in read-only mode (no edits are permitted), enabling the user to review the specific scheduling attributes of the Procedure Schedule or Series.

Edit Schedule: Edits the Procedure Schedule of which the selected Instance is a part. Single instance (non-recurring) Procedures will be edited without prompt with the "Edit Schedule" window. This window is identical in function to the "Create New Schedule" dialog. Refer to Understand scheduling Procedures for more information on this function.
Note: Scheduling information for Procedures On Demand is not available To see information for PODs, select the POD from the Procedures list, and refer to the Properties Panel.
When editing Recurring Procedures, the prompt "Do you want to edit this occurrence of ProcedureName or the entire series?"

This Occurrence: Edits only the Procedure Instance on which the Edit operation was performed. The remaining Procedures instances in the Series will not be modified, though the Procedure Schedule information itself will be updated to exclude the Procedure Instance being Edited. Additionally, if the Procedure Instance being Edited is part of a Series:

The instance will be scheduled for "one time only"

The "End By" option will be selected

The End Date will be set equal to the Start Date

Entire Series: Edits the Procedure Schedule of which the selected Procedure Instance is part, which will affect the entire Series.

Cancel: Cancels the Edit operation, ensuring that no modifications are made to the Procedure Instance or Series.
Note: Editing affects only future instances of the procedure. Any currently active or past instances are unaffected by the Edit.

Suspend: Suspends the selected Procedure Instance. Disabled if the Instance is already suspended. See Suspend Procedures for more information on this function.

Resume: Resumes the selected Procedure Instance, taking it out of Suspend mode. Disabled if the Instance is not suspended.

Add Note: Adds a note to a Procedure Instance to indicate reasons for being missed, suspended, and so on. If you do not have permission to add or edit a schedule, this menu option appears but is not available. A dialog box appears for you to add the notes.

Notes can include any characters up to 255 characters.

Saved notes will be visible at the bottom of the Schedule Manager Properties Panel.

A red arrow is shown on a Procedure Instance if a note has been added or cleared:

Cut, copy, and paste actions for a schedule will not copy the note to the new schedule instance.

The tooltip of the schedule instance will not include the note.

Edit Note: Edits an existing note for a Procedure Instance.

Cut: Deletes the Procedure Instance and copies it to the clipboard. Single instance (non-recurring) Procedures will be cut without prompt. Attempting to Cut a recurring Procedure will result in a Confirm Cut prompt reading "Moving a series is not allowed (you can change the date by editing the schedule) but you can move this occurrence of the schedule. Would you like to move this occurrence of ProcedureName?"

OK: Cuts only the Procedure Instance on which the Cut operation was performed. The remaining Procedures in the Series will not be modified, though the Procedure Schedule itself will be updated to exclude the Procedure Instance that was Cut.

Cancel: Cancels the Cut operation, ensuring that no modifications are made to the Calendar or the clipboard.
Note: Cut operations only affect standard, new items. Specifically, Cut operations do not affect Procedures which are: scheduled for the past; Completed; In-Progress; Missed; On Demand; marked as "Not Movable" (marked to prohibit rescheduling); or Required.

Copy: Copies the Procedure Instance to the clipboard. Single-instance (non-recurring) Procedures will be copied without prompt. Attempting to Cut a recurring Procedure will result in a Confirm Copy prompt reading "Copying a series is not allowed. Would you like to copy this occurrence of ProcedureName?"

OK: Copies only the Procedure Instance on which the Copy operation was performed.

Cancel: Cancels the Copy operation, ensuring that no modifications are made to the clipboard.
Note: Copy operations cannot affect Procedures On Demand.

Paste: Pastes the Procedure Instance in the clipboard to the appropriate Calendar Cell.
Tip: When used in conjunction with a Cut operation, Pasting moves the Procedure Instance. For an alternate method of moving Procedure Instances, refer to Copy and move Procedure instances.
Upon pasting, the Schedule Manager will open the Create New Schedule window, giving the user the opportunity to change any attributes of the Instance being pasted. Refer to Understand scheduling Procedures for assistance with this process.
Several attributes of Procedure Schedules are modified on the basis of the Cell to which they are being pasted:

The Start Date will be modified to match that of the Cell to which the Procedure Instance is being pasted.

The Crew Overlay, if active on the Cell to which the Procedure Instance is being pasted, will affect the Occurrence settings as follows:

The Specific Crew option will be checked, and the Crew whose overlay is displayed will be checked

The Recurrence Pattern will be set to "Every shift to which the screw is scheduled."
Note: It is not possible to paste procedures to past days or shifts.

Clone Schedule: Creates an identical copy of the selected Procedure Instance or Series in the same Calendar Cell. This option is handy when the user wishes to schedule a Procedure more than once a shift.

Delete: Removes the Procedure Instance, or Series of which the Instance is a part If the Procedure being deleted is marked as Required, the system will prompt the user with the following:
Note: The Delete option is unavailable if the Procedure Instance or Series selected is Locked. Unlock the Instance or Series before attempting deletion.
When attempting to delete a Required Procedure, the prompt "This procedure schedule has been marked as required. Are you sure you want to remove it?"
Abort the deletion by clicking "Cancel," or proceed by clicking "Delete" which will display one of the following two prompts.

When deleting single-instance (non-recurring) Procedures, the prompt "Are you sure you want to delete this instance of ProcedureName?" appears.
Abort the deletion by clicking "Cancel," or proceed by clicking "Delete."

When deleting recurring procedures, the prompt "Do you want to delete this occurrence of ProcedureName or the entire series?" appears.

This Occurrence: Deletes only the Procedure Instance on which the Delete operation was initiated. The remaining Procedures in the Series will not be modified except that their Schedule will be updated to exclude the Deleted Procedure Instance.

Entire Series: Deletes the entire Procedure Series of which the selected Procedure Instance is part.

Cancel: Cancels the Delete operation, ensuring that no modifications are made.

View Procedure Details: Displays details about the Procedure Instance or Series’ schedule and statistics. For details on the information provided, see View Procedure Details.

Print New Procedure: Prints the Procedure, formatted for manual data entry. See Print Procedures for more information regarding this feature.
SSRS Printable Rounds Report: Opens the SSRS Printable Rounds Report with the Plant, Base and Procedure selections pre-populated according to the Procedure. For more information on using this feature, refer to the SSRS Reports User Guide.
Notes: If the SSRS server has not been configured, has been configured improperly, or is unavailable, selecting the SSRS Printable Rounds Report option will display the error message in the browser.
Expect a significant delay in response from the SSRS Printable Rounds Report: upon the first time launching the SSRS Printable Rounds Report; after restarting the machine hosting SSRS Reports; after restarting any of the services used by SSRS Reports; and in scenarios in which the error message would display in the browser.
