Learn about Scheduling section

The Scheduling group, contains three integrated applications designed to handle the scheduling of Procedures, and the configuration of both Crews and Shifts. Expand the Scheduling group by clicking the "Scheduling" group item.

Note: This documentation assumes that you have sufficient permissions to access the application and its features. Without sufficient permissions, functions within applications are inaccessible. For more information regarding the permissions required by the Management Center and its applications, see the AVEVA Mobile Operator web application.

The process of scheduling Procedures requires the use of all three Scheduling applications in the following order. Refer to the appropriate sections for instructions on using each.

• Shift Setup – Configure Shifts to Shift Groups and assign them to Bases. See Shift Setup for more information.

• Crew Setup – Configure Crews and their work rotations. See Crew Setup for more information.

• Schedule Manager – Schedule completed Procedures for pickup and completion. See Schedule Manager for more information.
