Delete servers

Configured Servers are never deleted from the database once they have been configured. Deleting External Servers will suspend the service that downloads data from the external system and will also remove that server from the Configured Server list as well as from the Trend Configuration→Data Point Setup list.

Deleting Configured Servers is done from the External Servers module within the Management Center.

1. Click the desired Configured Server listing and click the Delete icon (), choose Edit→Delete, or press the Delete key.

2. The Delete External Server confirmation box appears.

   • Click Delete to proceed with the deletion.

   • Click Cancel to cancel the deletion.
