  1. After a successful installation of the SAP plug-in, a template named Default Template is created and populated with a list of 29 questions. By default, this template is linked to the Default Plant.

  2. From the Installation media, navigate to SQLScripts folder and run the following SQL scripts to create and use additional templates.

    • AddNewWORTemplate.sql - The script used to create a new template with the same existing list of questions that can be customized based on the requirements. You must enter a name for the new template and execute this script.

    • LinkWORTemplateToPlant.sql - The script to link a template to a Plant. You must enter a template name and the name of the associated plant to link this template to.

  3. After executing the scripts included with the SAP plug-in as well as the two scripts detailed above, launch the Management Center.

  4. Click System Configuration, then SAP Work Order Request. A drop-down menu containing all the templates associated with the logged in plant will be available.

  5. Select a template, update any required fields and save your work.

Note: This change will be reflected in all plants using the modified template.

On the next device Sync, all templates associated with a given plant will be available for selection when creating a new Work Order Request.

In the Management Center Procedure Builder, a Work Order Request action will include a drop-down menu allowing you to select the template that you want to use with this action. After syncing on the device, a new Work Order Request form with the selected template will open when this action is triggered.

If no template was selected on Management Center while configuring a Work Order Action, the mobile user will be provided with a drop-down menu to select the required template from a list of all available templates for the logged in plant.
