Metrics concepts

One of the major enhancements is the modification of how Procedure completion metrics are calculated and reported. In IntelaTrac 2017 SP2 or below, Tasks that were disabled by Status selection are counted within the Procedure Completion report metrics as being answered. This was done so as to not punish the mobile application user for not answering tasks that he was not required or did not have access to answer on the mobile application.
