Compliance Scorecard Report

The Compliance Scorecard Report provides user with an overview of the compliance of the procedures. Along with the report, the Compliance Scorecard Report also allows the user to view either a bar chart or a line chart when selecting the metrics for the chart.

The Compliance Scorecard Report returns the following data point items for the selected Plant:

• Base - The name of the Base, as defined in the Administration application, to which the Procedure was associated.

• Crew - The name of the Crew to which this Procedure was scheduled, if applicable. In addition, if the procedure was scheduled to a shift, then the Crew name will be calculated based on a shift and it can be multiple crew names.

• POD - Number of Procedures on Demand for the base.

• Scheduled - Number of procedures scheduled.

• Completed - Number of procedures completed.

• Approved - Number of approved procedures.

• Late - Number of late procedures.

• Overdue - Number of overdue procedures

• Active - Number of active procedures.

• Missed - Number of missed procedures.

• Suspended - Number of suspended procedures.

• %Completed - Percentage of completed procedures.

• %Approved - Percentage of approved procedures.

The bar chart or line chart displays the information in the form of a chart. The user can also enable Display Parameters to show all the parameters used to generate the report.
